I see Paulie’s confusion when he thought Ozzie said Long-Ball or Strand Some, but what did Ozzie really say when Paulie thought he said “Infusion of Slow?” Was it “A Few Sons of Show”? or “A Few Runs in a Row”? I am not so good with the English.

Yeah. My brush got a little out of control around the tip of Paulie's nose in the second panel. He does look more like Sal Tessio.
He also looks like someone else in panel #4. I can't put my finger on it. Jim Miller, maybe?
