Drama, adventure and the Sox down for the count. In the comics, this is where a miracle would happen.

Maybe Don Guillote should manage the last few games of the season.

The Twins have made a deal with the devil (and Alfonso Marquez). Carlos Gomez obviously has some personal issues. He yells at, smells, and makes out with his bat in between every pitch (wtf). He dives for balls that he doesn't need to just so he can jump up and down like an idiot. While I'm not giving up, I want to go ahead and congratulate Minnesota on their new chance to get their asses kicked by the Tampa Bay Rays.

...And they play their final 3 games at home against KC, while we got 3 at home against the suddenly hot Indians, and finish at home against Detroit. We gotta sweep those 4 games in order to have a *chance* at the division.

Anybody know where/when the playoff game would happen if they had it? Or does one team hold a tiebreaker over the other?

aw, cut GoGo some slack, Carl. He doesn't get hits very often, so he hasn't really refined his celebration routine yet.

fwiw, Palehose 8 gets huge love from Twins territory....

Guillote may dream of Trophinea, but he needs to worry about his pending date with the executioner. Nothing could be more Guillotine than that.

After last nights pitiful *choke* job, I needed a laugh.

Thanks Carl!

And Go Royals! (Did I just type that? How do you root for the Royals? Almost like rooting for the kid that always gets picked last in kickball...)
